SUMMARY:RMIM Awards
DESCRIPTION:On 22 April 2025, four Royal Military Institute of Manitoba (RMIM) members received awards from the RMIM for their long-time contributions to the military community. Alan Parkin received “The Institute Award” for his many years of service to support military-related organizations, including the RMIM as a Board member. Dale Watts, David Stones and Robert Poirier received “Twice the Citizen” awards for success in both their part-time military and civilian careers. About 60 family members, friends and RMIM members attended the event which was held in Room 200 of the Legislative Building.
