SUMMARY:Berlin Airlift Presentation
DESCRIPTION:On 27 April 25, co-hosted by the Canadian Aviation Historical Society (CAHS) and the Royal Military Institute of Manitoba (RMIM), an appreciative audience of over 30 people were treated to a detailed presentation on the “Berlin Airlift” of 1948/49 by Intrepid Society (IS) President (and CAHS Manitoba Chapter director) Alan Parkin.  The presentation required over 50 hours of research. The occasion marked the collaboration of the CAHS, RMIM and IS in a joint participation event. Hopefully, there will be many more of these occasions.\n\n
