DESCRIPTION:On Thursday afternoon, 31 October 24, the Intrepid Society History Book Club held its inaugural meeting at the Royal Canadian Legion, St. James Branch #4, 1755 Portage Avenue with eight attendees. The book discussion focused on Nahlah Ayed’s recent book—The War We Won Apart. The next IS Book Club meeting will be Thursday afternoon, 16 January 25 at the same location. The meeting will start at 1:00 p.m. (1300 hours). The book to be discussed in January is Agents of Influence by Henry Hemming (2019).\nIntrepid Society members are welcome to join us.
